Have these 50'000 names been harvested from email campaigns and are on the list without even knowing it? Or have these Johnny Come Latelys specifically applied for a season ticket because we're now playing in a shiny new barn and had to be refused as we'd sold out.... and so they went onto a waiting list? She'll do well in politics.

7th on spending according to Talksport. £39.27 million. But this includes Lanzini at £10.2 and doesn't include the sale of Tonka either.
Balance that at roughly £20 million actual spend. That puts us about 14th.
To compare, Everton have just laid out £32m to take their spend to around £50m but they got £48m plus add ons. So they could be said to have spent nothing...
Spurs? £31m on a damned good existing squad.
Bournemouth? £30m.
Swansea? £30m.
Southampton £24m.
Palace £55m.
Top four on top of their existing squads, Chelsea £60m, Liverpool £68m, Man Utd £158m, Man City £162m.
Figures aren't settled yet but barring a miracle, I cannot see us besting 7th or even getting top ten without further investment.
